Curb Apeal Systems LLC ("Company") provides this Lifetime Warranty to the original purchaser ("Customer") for services performed by Curb Apeal Systems LLC from settling, cracks, and surface chipping on the concrete driveway replacement system. This warranty guarantees that the workmanship of our agents will remain free from defects under normal use for the lifetime of the surface, subject to the exclusions listed below.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers:
• Repairs performed by Curb Apeal Systems LLC agents to address settling cracks and chipping.
• The structural integrity of the repaired areas under normal environmental conditions.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from:
• The use of chemicals, acids, or salts that may degrade the surface.
• Exposure to vehicles exceeding 3,650 lbs. per wheel, which may cause excessive stress or damage.
• Natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or acts of God.
• Improper maintenance, neglect, or misuse of the repaired surface.
• Any alterations or repairs performed by individuals or companies other than Curb Apeal Systems LLC.
Warranty Claims
To make a warranty claim, the Customer must:
1. Provide proof of original service performed by Curb Apeal Systems LLC.
2. Notify the Company in writing of the defect within a reasonable time after discovery.
3. Allow the Company to inspect the affected area to determine eligibility under this warranty.
If a valid claim is made, Curb Apeal Systems LLC will, at its discretion, repair or replace the affected area at no cost to the Customer.
Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Customer. It does not cover incidental or consequential damages. The Company reserves the right to modify or discontinue this warranty at any time, but changes will not affect previously covered services.
